McCrady's definition:
1. sitting on the couch with nothing on t.v. and deciding to go see the next Wall-E showing in 30 minutes
2. walking out of the movie (way past our bed time), seeing Cheesecake Factory, and impulsively deciding that cheesecake sounds absolutely perfect
3. saying "sorry" to weight watchers for the week and enjoying the best chocolate mousse cheesecake ever
4. feeling luckier than ever to have a husband who's a bad influence on my diet--and my sleeping habits :)
